Barry “Doc” Dockswell is a consensus-building community leader. He successfully convinced our Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to adopt a Beachside Streetscape Proposal and to hire a CRA Director. He was instrumental in opening the CRA to public input and helping us have a real voice on development issues in our City.
